It's simple: just call the Club

Whether it's a small repair job, ongoing maintenance, a major project or an unexpected emergency, when you need a contractor, just call the Club.

After receiving your call, Club staff will enter the details of your project into the HOC database, then forward the information to the most appropriate contractor(s).

For smaller jobs and urgent repairs, the Club will promptly dispatch a contractor to provide the service you need right away.

For major projects - such as painting, remodeling, the installation of a new roof or flooring - the Club will send multiple contractors to bid on the work.

Club staff are also available to offer advice, help you evaluate bids, assess your project/problem and more - all at no additional cost.
