Expect a rapid response

After calling the Club with a project or problem, you can expect to hear from the appropriate contractor(s) soon thereafter.

For urgent repairs, your HOC-authorized contractor should call within the hour to schedule an arrival time. For non-emergency projects, expect your HOC-authorized contractor(s) to make contact within 1 -2 days to schedule a convenient time to review your project and provide a bid.

While emergency response is available anytime, members must remember that contractors typically charge significantly more to provide service after-hours.
