The process and paperwork

After assessing your project, the HOC-authorized contractor will provide you with a written estimate. Signing that estimate form constitutes a contract and enables the contractor to begin work.

For larger projects, your contractor will leave you with white and yellow copies of the estimate. He'll also provide a copy to the Club. When you decide you're ready to accept the estimate, simply sign the white copy and mail or fax it to the Club. (Keep the yellow copy for your records.)

Upon receipt, Club staff will notify the contractor, who, in turn, will contact you to schedule the work.

It's a simple process that reduces the amount of paperwork - and any chances for misunderstandings - while ensuring the best customer service.
