Become a Member (full membership)

For almost 50 years now, local homeowners have trusted the Home Owners Club^® for quality home improvements and repairs at fair prices.

Full Membership in the Club costs just $48 per year. Additional residential or commercial properties you own may be included for $10 each. Membership for condominium associations is $70 per year, plus $10 per unit covered.

We chose the Home Owners Club for our remodeling project because it added a sense of security.

Members don't pay to use the Club's services. and all contractors are independent businesses that work for both Club members and the general public at the same prices.

Note: To be eligible for Full Membership, any and all properties you want included must be within the Club's primary service area .

Include your check and the application form in an envelope and mail it to the Club:

After your membership application is processed, you'll receive an informative welcome letter and membership cards - as well as bi-monthly newsletters with important seasonal maintenance suggestions.
