Become a Member

For over 60 years, local homeowners have trusted the Home Owners Club® for quality upkeep, repairs and improvements at fair prices.

Membership in the Club costs just $60 per year. Additional residential or commercial properties you own may be included for $10 each. Membership for condominium associations is $80 per year (with individual unit owners within the association eligible to then join for only $10 each).

To be eligible for membership, all properties you want covered must be within the Club's primary service area.

To become a member:

  1. Enter your zip code to confirm your property is in the Club's primary service area:
  2. Complete the application form:
    • Print a hardcopy version and fill in the blanks with a pen.

    • Complete an electronic version on-screen, then print it out.
    NOTE: You will be provided access to the application forms after completing step #1.
  3. Include your check for the first year's dues, and the application form, in an envelope and mail it to the Club:

    For immediate processing during the Club's normal business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, not including holidays):

    Call us at (206) 622-3500 to complete the application and pay by credit card, or hand-deliver the completed form and your dues payment to our office (located at 2722 Eastlake Ave E, Suite 100 in Seattle).

After your membership application is processed, you'll receive a welcome letter and membership cards in the mail. You will also begin receiving "At Home," the Club's newsletter.
